iPad
So let me get this straight. I am supposed to be excited for a product that has no multi-tasking capabilities. That has no camera. That allows me to read ebooks on a back-lit LCD screen, without taking into account the burn it will cause my eyes. This is the product that is supposed to replace the very netbook I am typing on right now? Really apple, REALLY? Hey guys come gather around my iPad so I can show you this clip from SNL last night that is on HULU... oh wait... sorry Flash is this new revolutionary technology, apple hasn't quite figured out how to incorporate it into their touch line of devices -- ignore the fact that adobe has stated they have flash ready, it's just that apple refuses to use it. Apple has become sort of complacent with the iPad, it is nothing new, it is nothing revolutionary, it is my iPod touch XXL with a beefier processor and more memory. The fact that apple fan boys can defend this and use examples of, "well everyone said the iPod and iPhone were stupid ideas too!" Yeah, but they had features that were game changers, the iPod with it's simplicity for acquiring legal music, and the iPhone with it's advance touch screen-- and later app store. There is no game changer in the iPad, if there is I am completely missing it, what can the iPad do that my iPhone can't (besides allowing me to be a futuristic Zach Morris through Google Voice and/or use iWorks). For now netbook, nook, iPhone combo > iPad,
